 the Bureau of Street Services, please call 311 and request to speak to Street Services or (800) 996-CITY (2489).

i called. it was pretty easy. now its just a matter if and when they do.

 No success. I've tried contacting Beverly Hills about a bunch of lights that do not change for bikes and I got no response. I want to keep sending emails but I feel like I'll just be ignored again.
