new thread for this.

i'm thinking seriously about this. I would want to move in end of july or in august.
i want one of the bedrooms (there are three bedrooms [one is very small] plus a kitchen and two bathrooms and a living room plus a dining room).

richie said its not as big as you may think but there is tons of back yard space etc.

so. the rent is 2,000. I could pay 500. is there anyone who would be down for this? preferably someone i know...

 If the rent is $2000, how are you going to get one of the three rooms for 1/4th of that. All of the rooms are roughly the same size, small. The room in the rear opens to the backyard and is probably the largest, but only by a small amount.

I would love to do this and have enough money for a few months but unfortunately I don't see anyone else who has $1400 to move in, which is what it would cost per room. After the initial month I have ideas on lessening the rent but it would probably stay at $600 per month (with luck).

They will be renting soon, if not already, so hopefully Ridazz move asap... What happened to the 50 person "BIKEHOUSE" group?

 Not trying to be negative Gabby, but if one person in the house paid 500 dollars for a room that means the other two would have to pay $750, 50% more. Just trying to point out rent is going to cost more than that no matter what.
