Hey this guy is running for congress in San Diego, He is a avid cyclist. We are planning a ride for him. He is basically rad..... We are also planning some fund raiser for him also.
Wish there was more people in government like him. Anyways just posting this to get his name out.
This is Mike Copass, he is running for US Congress here in San Diego. This guy is rad! His primary means of transportation is a bicycle, and wants to work with the local biking community to make more bike lanes, and make the existing ones safer. He came out with us for the Burrito Project last month, and competes in triathlons.

Right on. My mom and dad's home are in his district at Golden Hill. Some of my relatives live in his district too. I'm hoping they'd vote for him. And he's so right on about the pot holes at San Diego, I'd hate to avoid big potholes on pacific hwy to Perry's Cafe (i ride my bike and not the trolley, thx) and there's more potholes in and out of downtown. I like this guy.
He seems like a nice guy but he is a Democrat running against an incumbent Democrat.
Unfortunately the system is such that incumbents get all the funding and win 98% of the time unless they've committed child molestation or something and even then....
It's good that he brings out the issues but don't get disappointed if he doesn't win the June primary.
