Fixies in Chicago

I first started riding fixed in Chicago about 5 years ago. I've finally come back to LA (for good, not for a couple weeks at a time) and the streets are filled with cyclists. It's like coming home to a surprise party. I love you multiplying dumbshits x 10. Also, I need a new headset.. who's selling?

if you're on the westside, the bikerowave co-op has new ones for $10. they're on venice and centinela.

Yeah, most of those shops weren't around before I left. Don't all those shops have weird hours?

yeah, since they're all volunteer, theyre open weekday nights and weekend afternoons. i can speak for bikerowave's hours: M-Th 6:30-10, Sat 1-7, Sun 1-5, closed Friday.

Can't say I ever met her. When did she mess over there? I was only there a year back in 04 and 05.
