This is a free service because...frankly I just got sick of hearing about all the stolen bikes in LA.

Pictures: If you have them. Also make sure they are clear and show the entire frame, wheels, handlebars and seat. Color photos are better than B&W, but any photos are better than nothing. Only one photo will be posted, so send your best ones.
Description: Describe what happened, or what you think happened, (example: I left my bike outside of 7-11 to get a slurpee, turned around and it was gone).
Location: If it was stolen from your house or apartment, don't give the actual address. Nearest cross streets will suffice.
Conditions: Bike locked, unlocked. If locked what type of lock, cable, U-lock, Bulldog, Kryptonite, etc.
Time: Approximate time, was it daylight or dark out.
Date: the actual date or the approximate date if you are unsure.
If you want to be contacted in case someone finds, sees, or buys the bike, please list an email, cellphone or twitter.
There has been a rash of bike thefts in the city. The time has come to fight back!
There is no judgement here. Regardless of whether your bike was locked, unlocked, cable locked, U-locked or welded to a pole. If your bike was stolen, you were wronged. All stolen bikes will be posted. If we can get one bike returned to its rightful owner, than it was all worth it.
