Bicycle Frame

Does anyone have a frame they can donate to me? Don't have any money to buy one so i am looking for a person to help me out. I am 5'6-5'7 and the current frame size on the bike they gave me is to big for me and i am having a hard time riding from point A to point B and back. I didn't know anything on how important frame size is to one, but now i know. All i need is a frame that actually fits me. Anything would do even if it has a few rust spots, scratches, but nothing that's to banged up.

picky, picky! you should be able to find a frame at the bikerowave or bike kitchen. fyi, mountainbike frames are very easy to come by.

I have a frame that would fit that's not being used, however I really could use some cash.....

Although if you have a pair of N.I.C.E. 700 wheels, with a 6 gear rear cassette, I'd probably trade. :)

I did have a 700c with gears, but i no longer have it. If i can find a way to get some cash for a frame. About how much are you asking for?

Try one of the co-ops. They can usually do a trade + cash.
Remember to budget for stand time as well, as unless you've got all the tools at home, it'll take you several hours to strip one bike and rebuild the other.
Or you can just see what craigslist has for sale cheap. You probably won't find a fixie, but an old MTB makes perfectly fine transportation.
If that's your bike in the profile photo, try lowering the seat / raising the stem (handlebars), that may help a little bit.
