Repossession on bicycle

After watching some episodes of that Operation Repo show, I got to wondering how cool it would be to start a repo business with a couple of flatbed tow-trucks and a squadron of bicycles to spot the lifted truck with the six-month behind payment.
Sneaky, get anywhere, pinpoint the location for pull-away if the lessee isn't awake.
I don't know, seems like another cool business to get into that keeps the blood pumping.

I have had my bike impounded by the police ... YEAH .. i had to pay 40 bucks to get that shit out... thats what I get for parking in a area that said no bike parking in front of the UCSB library ... I came back to a little note on the ground ....

Fuck the system.. impounding your bike has got to be one of the biggest waste of time, considering the real threats out there..

I'm talking about using bikes to spot cars that are late on payment to the finance companies.
If they go soft, show them the repo orders, take back the keys, toss bike into the trunk and off you go.
It's actually the state Department of Commerce that regulates who qualifies for a repossession agent license.
Then there's also bonding done by the Department of Insurance.
I'm just bored and trying to turn some negativity into some stacks of green.
