Tried calling in, got put on hold, then got hung up on. Called KPCC back, was told by the screener that the Chief already said what he was going to say about bicycle rights, that he'll attend that upcoming meeting, and that he wasn't going to touch on the subject any longer.
Harrumph!!!

They tried to tell me that my question wasnalready answerred and I argued the screener into letting me on. And I STILL got a BS answer from the chief!
