West Bear Valley Chill-Out

So, in honor of the cold that will soon be hitting the desert like flies on a dead Jackrabbit, I'm firing up another desert ride.
Since activity(to me at least) seems kind of thin on the first Saturday of the month, I'll be scheduling it for the 4th of next month at 7PM, roll-out 730-800PMish.
Ride will be chill and relax, so cruisers, mtbs, and what-have-you are all invited.
I'm hoping at least some people from the desert will show up, as well as some of y'all down the way.
I'm just hoping that the more of a crowd we have the first time around, the more people will be enticed to show up.

Er.. nevermind.
Didn't get enough sleep and I just got back up the hill.
Will do this tomorrow instead.
If anyone comes up, I will gladly appreciate your presence.

Pathetic ass, shit.
Showed up to the meeting spot at 18:45 hrs and found out J&K was no longer there.
So I wait for people to show up for about an hour and a half, even going into this Mom/Pop sushi place for a few Smirnoff's.
Not a fuckin' soul shows up, so I roll off and head down to Lowes to get a sledgehammer and some gloves........for my job.
Anyways, I may try again on another dead Saturday, but if it goes a whole month with no dice, then people have some serious problems on their shoulders.
It's as if no one really uses a computer/internet up here, and any existing cyclists up here tend to stick to old-school forms of communication(circle-jerk).
And I've basically stayed away from those morning, road-rides up here.
Not because they're roadies, but there's an old teacher from high school that I still do not get along with, that shows up to those.
I'll effectively put the proverbial bullet into this ride if/when I get back into OTR.
Then all matter of energy will be focused on the Westside!!!
As if it isn't already.
