OK, enough lurking I'm in DC and I miss you a-holes amuse me!
1. What's your go to route if you're home and bored?
2. Favorite go to food stop post ride? That place you have to stop at to get fuel to get home.
Mine:
1. I live in mid-city so I'm a big fan of 8th to Cochran to Venice down to the beach though the neighborhoods. I also love 4th east, past the district, up to silverlake and onto sunset all the way to DTLA. For me there both great routes for chilling and visiting friends. Plus I'm a big fan of bike lanes.
2. If it's early enough it's to Yummy's for a fancy chicken salad sandwich with all the trimmings, a bag of chips and an orange soda. If it's late night or east, a burrito/tacos from burrito king, machos or that place on Vine and Waring. I'm never too good for bacon wrapped hotdogs or $1 tacos either. Carbs!
Ok, you go! Lay some new route/food knowledge on me. See you guys and ladies after the new year! Be Safe!

i like taking tujunga to chandler... then i take chandler to victory and victory to riverside and go through griffith to los feliz and back.... what i like about that route is that i can either go to hollywood or silver lake from that point if I want to keep going further... sometimes it's a chill pace and other times I try to see how fast i can get from point a to point b....

Paved. Huge attraction for motorcycles, too... several riders are airlifted out every weekend (when the road is open). I can't wait for it to open, either. I've never been on it, and it has been closed for a while... since the fires.
Mulholland is really narrow and twisty in some places, could get kinda hairy with cars in the wrong corner...
