Many of you who I've been riding with, regularly, know this by now, I'm moving to Lagos, Nigeria on Friday for work.
I wanted to take a minute or two to thank this community and what it has done for me. A little token of my appreciation for the vast amounts I have gotten out of Midnight Ridazz. First off, I'm in the best shape of my life, I've had to re-stock my entire wardrobe with smaller shirts, and tighter pants. I have the stamina of a horse, and legs of some sort of beast with strong legs. And even though I grew up here I've experienced this city in ways I couldn't have ever imagined. But most importantly, MR has allowed me to experience all this with some excellent and amazing people that I've met along the way. The rides would not have been what they were without your good selves being present.
Special shout out to all my peoples on Taco Tuesday, they really got me into riding. XL is a fantastic leader who's consistently puts on good rides week in and week out. I looked forward to Tuesday every week ever since I started riding with MR because you guys were such a great crowd. I made some very good friends on TT, you know who you are!. Another thank you to the people who put on R0b0tz, Alex Thompson and volunteers. A true adventure awaits me every time I decided to participate in R0b0tz, not to mention a demanding ride that requires commitment! Also, the people who put on Crank Mob, thank you very much, if I hadn't been driving around at 2am on a September evening and ran into you by pure chance in an Albertsons' parking lot, I don't know that I would have ever found MR!
A lot of you have been asking what I will be doing in Lagos. Below is the CNN special on the project that I will be working on. I am spear heading sales for this big ass real estate project. Building databases, client networks, marketing material, upgrading the website, training sales people. I expect to be over there for 2-3 years while I get this all done. After which I hope to return to my life here.
I will miss you all very very much, and I can't wait until December when I come back for vacation. You have all provided me with many experiences and memories that I will cherish. I've made some great friends that I look forward to keeping in touch with.

there is something to say about the personalities of MR - we characters unafraid to be ourselves and by doing so open doors to relationships through amazing friendships we would otherwise have missed. Marc you are one of these beautiful people that i have come to know and love riding with. always i feel safe. always a joy on Taco Tuesday. always a pleasure. you and who you are will be missed. your energy will be missing in our family, but your spirit will ride with us.. always.

So sorry for missing you on your last ride man. I will see you sometime in the future TT will not be the same without you man. Although you will not be on the rides with us you will be in my heart man. You are a blessing umungst the world and the Rides with MR. I dont remember when it was that me and you met one another but whenever it was I could tell that you were going to be a great friend to me. I can always tell the mark of a great person and or a great friend, a true friend and fantastic person is what you are man you were nice enough to come and get me the night that I crashed and I will tell you this much man that with every st. and intersection that I block and or cork I will do every single one for you. Your sould will be in the power of my legs cranking all night long take care of yourself and stay safe out there and remember that no matter what if you need a friend you have one here okay. Marc, you are an exceptionally great guy. Every ride i've seen you on you have an awesome attitude& we're gunna miiiiss you. I'd like to meet you in Africa? I'll think i'll be going to Morocco about this time next year. Can we make it happen? would be sooooo tiiiggghhhtt.

Thank you all for your warm words. They bring a smile to my face, and I fight a tear from my eye! I really had a great time getting to know you all, and my memories with you all will always bring a smile to my face.
