I.R.A.C. Apply EVERY fact in the fact pattern. Use that magical little word "because."

i.e. There is no adverse possession BECAUSE Jimbo has not held the disputed land for X, Y, Z, reasons. AP requires X, Y, Z. Here, there is no X because Jimbo has done A. There is no Y because Jimbo has done B. There is no Z because Jimbo has done C. Therefore there is no adverse possession.
