Sylmar Water Main Breaks
Anyone else find it weird how many water mains have been breaking in the past few months? I don't recall so many reports over the last 30 years as I've seen within the last couple of years.

Agreed. Probably a plot by the city to get them out of debt...

When the first one broke a few months ago, their excuse was that the pipes were ancient and were nearing the end of their life and were passed their replacement date.. It's no wonder more are breaking all over the place. You'd think with that warning they would've hopped on it. Course it could explain why the city is being strict about water conservation laws this year to account for all the water they're losing to this goof.

One theory is that due to water conservation there is increased pressure in the pipes.
As a result of being old they are rupturing.
But the earth could be shifting causing the breaks as well ?

Nostradamus predicted 2012... the Mayan calendar ends at 2012... and the Midnight Ridazz Photo upload "date stamping" feature ends on 2012... coincidence?
