Left and Right pedals have opposite threading, so you can't really switch them.
If you mean "replace" the axles, you may be able to buy a rebuild kit, depending on what model of pedal you have.
What exactly are you trying to do here?

FUCK THAT, IT'S SIMPLE, WE KNOW THAT THE THREADS ARE THE SAME, 99.9 PERCENT OF THE TIME.
THE TREAD AT THE CRANK ARM, FOR ATTACHING THE PEDEL.
AND THREAD AT THE PEDAL, USED FOR TIGHTENING AND LOUSINESS.
SO THE ONLY CONSIDERATION, WAS THE AXLE LENGTH. WHEN I DID IT. THERES PICS SOME WHERE ONLINE.
ON MY SOUND BIKE, AXLE IS ABOUT A QUARTER INCH LONGER THAN THE ORG. ON ONE SIDE.
THE PEDALS ARE 'PRIMO', MADE FOR MTB, OR BMX.
I WAS NOT ABOUT TO THROW THEM AWAY.
