STOLEN BIKE!
On January 29 my fixed gear bike was stolen during the LA Critical Mass. It was stolen during our rest stop at around 10:30PM at Hollywood Blvd and Vermont in LA. The frame is a Windsor "The Hour" however I repainted it white and it has my name [MYCO] stenciled on it. Below are the last pictures I took of my bike. The only changes I made to my bike since those pictures were taken was a new pair of electric blue 700c Deep V rims w/ a gatorskin tire on the rear, a Dura-Ace lockring, a EuroAsia 17t cog, and neon green SAG toestraps. If anyone even sees a bike with MYCO painted on the frame, grab it right away or fucking tackle the motherfucker riding it and call/text me at (408)-216-3621 or email me at go.myco@gmail.com. I am willing to offer a reward. Thanks

Sucks about your bike.
My front light was ripped off at TOW later that eve.
Thing is the bitch that stole it ripped the mount straight off the light leaving it on my bike.
What are you gonna do with a light with no mount?
Have a crappy flashlight?
Good one.
It's like the thugs that stand around talking to no body but themselves are vultures looking to jack our shit.
Makes me want to piss in their mouth.

Sorry about your loss, but was this bike left on the ground, unattended and out of your sight? It is real important that you do not leave your bike unlocked, unattended and out of your sight. With the 300 people milling around, and this was at the beginning of the Peoples ride, you just don't leave your bike on the ground and walk away. It's like leaving your car door open and the keys in the ignition.
Again I am sorry about this and I hope you get the bike back, but for future reference and the sake of everyone's bike. Please, please, please...lock it, watch it or walk around with it in your hands. Don't leave it or it will get jacked.

dam logan, i was really sad to see you realize that somebody stole your light, but you know what? every time i leave me bike, i always take out the front and rear light 'core', lol, seems that nobody ever stills the plastic housing, have you ever read in a thread that someone was crying because somebody stole their light housing and plastic mounting bracket?
IM NOT SAYING THAT YOU WERE CRYING, OK? GOOD TO SEE YOU THOUGH.

oh no!
people are getting jacked left and right.
There should be announcements before large rides about people stealing bikes. Heck i'll be doing it myself. there is no harm in doing it.

I dont mean to be a dick but....
I'm assuming it was stolen in a parking lot filled with riders? that leads me to believe that the bike was not locked up? I doubt someone was using bolt cutters in front of 300 people. Now even if you didnt lock it, you still definitely dont deserve to have your bike stolen. But even more so, someone does not deserve to be tackled off a bike they bought but didnt know was stolen. RIGHT?

sorry to hear about your bike.
i was at that rest stop sitting against the wall. and i swear, i remember seeing MYCO
on a bike. but i dont remember where or who was around it.
do you remember where you put it? i was standing against the wall to the main entrance but at the corner of the wall.
this fucking sucks. kids tagging that night, jacking shit, i thought this ride was for OUR rights, not an excuse to jack shit off bikes. people who jack shit are not even real bikers. fuck, makes me mad
sorry to be of no help.

I never break physical contact with my bike on one of these rides unless it is in physical contact with a personal friend.
