If you guys have ever gotten one, with merit or without, I know it can be quite frustrating to get any information off the LA Superior Court Website (at least I have) so here's the number you would call to check up on it:
Metro fare evasion tickets call:
213-974-6068 or 6077

One time I didn't buy a metro ticket, and that happened to be the day they checked for tickets on the Goldline, you should have seen my face. I didn't get one because I was like 10 cents short and was in a rush to get to work, go figure.... I ended up just paying for the ticket though, so don't have any advice.

I've checked and checked and all they say is "your ticket is not in our system." Not sure what to do at this point. I just don't want there to be a warrant out for my arrest because of one of their office mistakes.

Don't hold your breath. The LA SC website takes weeks to enter the system.

That has happened to me once, too. They told me to come back later, don't really remember what is was for though, but it does happen.

Thanks. I'll keep trying every week. I'd hate to have a "warrant" for my bicycle riding ass self.

Over-inflated bureaucracy with a "delayed warrant" system seems to be the norm for most counties in this state.
High-priced, overrated, office-help that just seems to sit on their collective ass and yackety-yak about what was on Reality TV last night.
