Attempted Mandeville Canyon

Heading east on Willoughby (A residential street near a school) at Crescent Heights, while slowing to a red light, a woman in a black BMW behind me partial plates 6HED first honked then swerved around and braked hard in front of me. I came within literally an inch of hitting her car. When I screamed that I was going to call the police, she started screaming hysterically, then overtook the stopped car in front to make a right turn south onto Crescent Heights. Even she knew it was wrong.
Filed a police report.
My dad, who's a DA in Ventura Country, is going to talk to some detectives about getting her information. But that's in Ventura Country. If anyone in LA Country to try something, please do.
And be on the look out.
How do I get a copy of a police report?
reply
Lets see her brake hard in front of a 40T semi.
If you already filed one with the respective LE agency, just request a copy for yourself from the front desk, watch commander,.etc

Sorry...this is totally ignorant...but do I need to go in to file a report? Is the phone call enough?

Hmm, I'm not quite sure what that means!
But! I called and found out. They're on their way over now.
I had called when it happened, they sent out a broadcast. Should have realized there's a difference. Now I know.

Words alone are never enough, it always does a great deal to cover your ass through hand-written, signed/sealed/delivered statements.

This sucks.
That is usually a really nice street to ride on too, especially on a Saturday.
Thanks for perusing justice!
