On a bicycle! I will start..
This morning I was riding to school and as I was heading north on Catalina, I rode by a window in which I glanced to check out my sexy reflection. I happened to notice something white on my bag. I reached behind me to see what it was, and, lo and behold, it was a bra that had attached itself to the velcro on my chrome bag. I was riding with a bra hanging off of my bag. FML.

I once rode Kabuki Sky (LA's tallest tall bike) and I slowed at a red light while getting ready to cross when my backpack full of beer and Kabuki's lack of center of gravity sent me falling backwards and I landed and shattered my left foot.
Did I mention I had a bikini thong on at the time?
Good Times.

Another time, I was taking my cans to the Recycling center at the CVS on Wilshire & oxford. I had 2 panniers full and one extra bag (standard kitchen size, completely full). I decided to just carry the bag in one hand. As I leave my apartment, the bag I was holding got caught between the fork leg and the wheel, tearing a huge hole in the bottom of the bag full of cans. Luckily, none spilled. So what I did was just hold the bag upside down so as to not spill the cans. I get to the intersection of 7th and Serrano I believe and right in the middle of the intersection, the drawstrings (which are now on the bottom of the bag) come untied, spilling the entire contents of the bag onto the intersection. Aluminum cans went everywhere. in the middle of the fuckin intersection. son of a bitch.
I let other people have my recycling now. fuck all that shit.

All right, here goes. I was riding down Ventura Blvd., paying a lot more attention to the cars trying to run me down than the road surface. All of a sudden, there's a huge pothole in front of me, so I turn my bike on its side so the wheels will go around the hole, but I mess up and end up riding on the sidewall and then having the bike go out from under me. I get the wind knocked out of me, as well as some nice road rash on all four of the joints. The three pedestrians at the bus stop I wipe out in front of pick me up and carry me onto the sidewalk, but refuse to take my bike off the road. This wasn't the embarrassing bit, just annoying. Eventually I was able to grab my bike and ride off.
Two days later, I was grocery shopping and had about half a cart worth of groceries. As I loaded it all into my bag, I watched these three firemen pack up their truck after having dealt with whatever emergency had happened in the shopping center. I stand over the bike, and put my weight on the leading pedal to push myself onto the seat and start riding. I get on the saddle, but I never get to the bit where I start riding. Instead, all the extra weight in my bag tips me over completely sideways. I just... fell over, didn't even get my feet off the pedals before I hit the ground. Of course, at this the firemen (who were by now
about to drive off) all
jump out of the truck and
run over to 'rescue' me. They see the scrapes on my elbows from my last fall, and go straight into EMT mode, telling me not to move in case of neck injuries, etc. I, of course, only ave a bruised ego (I mean really? Falling over trying to get on my bike? Really?!) and am trying to get them to stop fussing over me. Finally, I just push them off and get on my bike again, and they figure I'm okay so they get back in the truck. Of course, as I wait at the light to turn onto Ventura, their truck pulls up alongside me just as I have a trackstand fail. Meh.

One day while riding, I decided that the street I was crossing was he one I needed, making a right turn directly into Erin, the turn we needed was the next one. She, on her heavy ass Schwinn stayed up, me, I wasn't so lucky.
That was the first crash on my De Bernardi... I still feel like a dumbass for that one.

I rode to a Stater Bros on the other side of the freeway to get some catfood that was on sale.
I strap 8 cans onto my rack and tug-test it a few times, then take off.
I would say the next thing was more of a hazard than an embarassment, but as I rolled back across the bridge towards Mariposa, I hit a bump and heard one of the 5lb cans fly into a car windshield!!!
Since traffic was heavy and I nearly shit myself at the repercussions of a legal-pursuit, I high-tailed it into the alley behind the xXx club and scooted onto a side-street to loose any possible tailing.
After that, I strapped on a milk-crate for any moves with cylindrical packages.

I was riding the sidewalk on a stretch of street right near my home (on Lankershim) because the road looked like a land mine had just gone off late one night after a ride. I was gliding along fine using my shitty cat eye light to illuminate, or at least make me believe it did, the concrete just in front of me. Well, some idiot decided to end the sidewalk, put a curb and then 8 feet away restart the sidewalk along with a new curb. Some sort of drainage pause in the middle of the effin sidewalk. It happened so quick that I wasn't able to react quick enough to the new curb 8 feet away, tucked down and just before impact jumped over my handle bars and did a roll as I landed on the sidewalk. I got a pinched flat from that and caught quite a few laughs from the pedestrians all along the street. Got on my bike and rode the last 2 blocks on my flat.

So, one time I decide to haul home a 2 cubic foot bag of potting soil on my rack at Anawalt's (balanced across my unfortunately already full panniers), and with the recent rains making the bag mega heavy, my bike tipped backwards sky high before I could even get my butt in the seat. It happened two more times before my bf took over riding it to my house and I walked his fixie back like a sad chump (my legs are too short to ride it).

When I first started riding with SPD's about three years ago, I fell over about five times because I didn't unclip fast enough. I think every time I did it was in front of a bunch of people. It's bad enough in front of other riders, but I can't even imagine what non-riders must think.

Lemme preface this story by saying I was 100% sober.
A while back I was going home from the passage ride and decided to stop at the 711 around the corner from my place. I decided to lock up my bike on a chain linked fence. I reached down to lock the mini-u but I bent down so fast not paying attention and knocked my head so hard on one of the fence poles and it knocked me on my butt! :( And for some reason at 1am on a wed (technically thurs) the parking lot was full of guys, unfortunately none of them were good looking. They were nice though and helped me off my butt and asked if I was ok. It happened so fast and I was so surprised I couldn't say anything!
Til this day I just take my bike inside instead of locking it up.

After we got out of the last bar at barchops I was riding stillines tall bike. I had never rode a tall bike before and I also dont ride a fixed gear which it was. My pants were a little to long so I had been stepping on the back of them all night. So a piece of them started to rip off and was hanging there. It got caught in the chain bringing the bike to a stop and I couldnt get my foot out so I just collapsed on the street. There were a bunch of guys on the curb who probably just got out of a club and started laughing at me. Not a shining moment.
