All are welcome.
We will ride far, climb at least one significant hill, and return triumphantly to the start point after Liz kicks our asses up the hills on her new bike.

Is this ride on Saturday (26th), or Sunday (27th)?

Danny is going to be taking a truck load of ALC team folks out for the Sink ride. The Saturday ride is meant to be an alternative training for those who can't make Sunday, or an addition to those wishing for double training this weekend.

Franz, about the ALC carpool to the Sink ride, I believe there are still spots open the last I heard from Danny. I think his truck is full, but Robert has a van which I think is coming as well, which adds some more space.

There will be coffee and melon at my pad (2 blocks from start) at 8 a for those who desire it.

I'll likely pass on the coffee, but morning melon sounds grand.

Any ideas for the route Maulie? Are we doing La Tuna?
Forecast so far says chance of rain in the morning... are we doing it rain or shine? Hopefully I can sleep off th is cold I'm starting to catch... hrm...

the route is a secret....
don't worry...i'm not too sadistic
there are two options to make sure everyone is safe and not too far from home if the rain is apocalyptic
if anyone else needs directions to the start or to my pad for melonzz....
