State threatens closure of Topanga State park. Buget cuts are puting the park on the
choping block. This one of the best Mtn biking areas in the world that we are about to lose. Arnold and his corprate real estate developer budies will surely snach up this
prime real estate. Mutherfuckers !

What a load of ass, close it off and make it a "Trespassable-offense" to enter after the gates have been shut due to fiscal incompetence.

God, do I have to ramble?
You would think that if funds were low, the state parks would essentially move into a method of "self-guidance" when it comes to enjoying the parks.
Meaning self-guided tours, assumption of risk being explicitly stated, bathrooms closed/used the ones down the road.
But instead, the closure means the gates will be shut and money will still be spent trying to keep people out.

On the upswing, this could be a front to gather revenue from trespassing fines through the court system.
PC 602 is like taking candy from a baby if it was enforced seriously enough.
