I searched and didn't see this info posted, thought this might become a useful thread?
- The LA River BikePath (that begins at the Victory bridge where southwest Burbank leads into Griffith Park over the 5/134 fwy) now extends all the way to where Riverside Drive becomes a bridge over the river to link up with San Fernando Road. (At the 5/110 fwy interchange, past Stadium Way, across the Metrolink yard.
6+ miles of uninterrupted paved bike path. Lights and lane stripings aren't installed south of Fletcher yet, but its paved and open!
- Verudgo Avenue east/west across Burbank has been restriped from 4 lanes down to 1 lane in each direction, with a center turn lane, and big fat bike lanes on either side! FAR safer for cyclists. Runs from Verdugo/Olive to Verdugo/Hollywood Way, about 2 miles.

it's open... i just scouted it out yesterday, theres a ramp under fletcher so bikes can continue uninterrupted (altough the unerpass has a lot of debris on it) then once it goes up it's perfect pavement all the way to where the 5 freeway goes over riverside dr.... all access gates are opened, it's just not striped yet
