Try taking a warm bath to unclench the muscles, if not then try taking Aleve and a hot bath and see if that unclenches the muscles.
If that does not do the trick then you may need to go to the doctor and get a pill called Soma, it will release the muscles but it's RX only and they only give you one to three pills per RX. Or you may need to see a chiropractor.
Get well soon.

Another solution could be adjusting your stem height, so you won't have to lean too much forward.
And changing the angle of your handlebars as well.
& OH! Not having a big ass backpack while you ride and in your drops.
Cause I get lower back pain, but that's because my bag is stupid heavy and my u-lock is jabbin' me. And my frame was too big for me. RIP.

Dude, it sounds like you pulled something. See if you can swing by and get checked out at a free clinic if you don't have health insurance.
Check out your bike fit. If your bars/stem/seat/etc. aren't properly sorted out, you're not going to be comfortable.
Also, you may want to google the physical therapy exercises for whichever muscle groups you jacked, and start doing those. Cycling is awesome, but it's not a complete full body workout, so you may want to complement it with some other stuff.

maybe see a chiropractor or acupuncture -- you can go to some pharmacies in Chinatown and they have inexpensive acupuncture in the back. Or check out an acupuncture school for low-cost acupuncture.
also maybe yoga -- check out a regular class -- often the first class is free (tell the instructor about your injury prior to class) or some places have yoga for challenging conditions.
post your email if you want a soft-touch chiropractor or acupuncturist or relatively inexpensive yoga referral.
sorry about your injury. that does suck....
