Expierienced Barista Needed

The coffee shop I work at needs a barista quick. It is called Massimo's Mudspot on 8th and La Brea.

We want someone experienced. Latte art not necessary, but you need to be able to jump right in. Food prep or handling experience will put you above the rest. There aren't lots of rushes, but you need to be able to handle multiple customers BY YOURSELF. And open and close by yourself. The cafe has a small family feel, the owner owns the bar next door and is around often. The regulars are nice.
This is not Starbucks, fuck them.
You would work weekends and bitch shifts at first. The position is part time.
Everyone here rides bikes, you should too.
