would you be able to convert a front Campy Shamal and to a rear?? The hoop is in perfect condition the only problem is the hub has to be replaced so i was thinking of making it a rear is it possible. Would their be any complications? because i know their are some fronts wheels that cannot be converted to a rear! Has any one done this before

I don't think a 16 spoke radial laced wheel would make a very good rear wheel.

Judging from the internet though, that's a $500-$700 front wheel, so you could probably sell it and get more than enough to get a pretty nice rear wheel.

the newer shamals are ugly. also, the rears arent radially laced. im sure this wheel would be great paired with your comete or io or whatever you think you need to ride on the street.

Its not the newer model shamals its the older ones chrome rim with the shamal outllined in pink.... but before i take it off his hands i want to know if its possible... actually their pretty strong wheels i know a few who actually have the set and ride em
