Rider Needs Apartment

My housemate, Tom Peterson, is getting kicked out of our house to make way for someone else. He's down to the wire and needs a room pronto. Does anyone have a room in a house, apartment, anything?

Stats:
Tom is 50, an avid rider, and used to train with Greg Lemond.
He's a regular at Agape spritual center, very considerate, clean, and will do cute little things to surprise you like leave bike articles from hsi NYTimes subscription on your desk.
Tom can be a little bit stressed out, but overall I'd say he's one of the mmost accomodating roommates one could ask for. He won't get in your face, but he'll be good compamy when you feel like talking, especially about bicyles.

He's got to find a place for the next few months while he waits for his new business to take off, then he'll probably go look for a big schmancy apartment for himself. In the mean time, can anyone help?
