...and I'd like to share it with you all. this message is universal and it is for you all. all of you are amazing and unique people and i absolutely love how this love for bicycles and our amazing and vast city unites us spiritually as one, many times amazing flowing rivers and oceans of bicycles and their ridaz. we are making beautiful history together. ride on my friends, ride on..

yes it is my friend. we've become an awesome force and beautiful community... i'm right behind the O.G. 7 MRs, a few months behind. i made my debuts in LACM's and then began attending the "monthly - second friday of the month" MR rides. Now that we are so huge (cyclists) in L.A. i don't feel so alone biking to work and everywhere in L.A. we've grown immensly in the last 4-5 years. I'm so blessed to have seen/witnessed this amazing community where i feel we have all many times spiritually merged as one. i love these times. these are great times and we will have tales upon tales to tell the future generations. Life is so rich with friends like you and every MIDNIGHT RIDAZZ RIDA.

Thank you for creating this space of sharing. it's sharing experiences and the planning of new adventures. we live amazing scheduled adventures that are also photo-documented. it is truly an amazing site and place for us all to hang out. thanks again.

yeah, you should create a profile Russell. They can be fun at times. We have almost everyone who rides bikes in there. you also make other biking friends around the country. some portland and san diego folks are in there. even some san francisco friends and las vegas friends we've made with our MR out of town trips...
good times on myspace and here.

oh, one more freakin' week with the hard cast. next monday it comes off. i can't wait. but i will have to sport a removable brace cast for another 4 weeks. I hope to debut at the MR DRAGRACE 3 as a spectator, also MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU.

i still love you even if you make empty promises (jk). but like i said it's okay, this happens, it stinks, it makes noses go crazy for it and that's what it's for. you are sharing good times and vibes and this stuff is no fun smoked alone all the time. you are probably doing me a favor because im so bored out of my mind that whatever amount that is or was... im sure i would have smoked it in less then 4 days. IM BORED OUT OF MY ASS HERE... 1 more week and then i start on my stationary trainer, so i'll have something to do on my bike at last. "therapy with cadence." No worries my brother. You can smoke me out some other time. you'll just owe me a couple of smoke outs.
When i return, one thing is for sure... I will earn that prestigious spoke card some monday night... this is not an empty promise. I will attend as many WPHs as soon as I can fly on two wheels again.

no bro... the brace is going to be removable and the foot is no longer swolen or super swolen so i'd wear my shoes and cleats with an ankle cloth/rubber brace. but i think those fast and repetitive and not to mention aggressive pedal strokes could be damaging to my still weak ligaments. I wish i could race this time around. I'll definately enjoy watching or helping with the event.
RB is there anything i could do? keep times? etc.?
