I found a 80's Panasonic ATB bike for $25 and bought it. The only thing it needs is 2 wheel nuts and a chain clean.Also it has been in a front end collision that bent the top and down tube a bit.If anything its worth it for the rims or a good polo bike, right?

 For "Pt.A to Pt.B" bike, it should do you good so long as you get the axle nuts and chain issues taken care.

As far as the frame conditions go, I don't see any trials in the near future for this rig.
