This is Dorothy Le, from the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition. We are partners with the City of Culver City to make it safer and easier to walk and bike in Culver City. For more information about the Culver City Bicycle and Pedestrian Initiative go to our website (www.ccwalkbike.org).
We would like to invite you to the final public workshop for this phase in the Culver City Bicycle and Pedestrian Initiative. This is the last community meeting before the draft bike/ped plan starts the formal public review and approval process prior to City Council consideration.
This meeting is a major opportunity to learn and provide feedback on the entire bike/ped plan, which includes improvements to some streets to make them safer for biking and walking. Once passed by City Council, this plan will be in place for at least 3-5 years before it's updated, so very important to give input before it's approved by Council.
What: Community Meeting to discuss Full Draft Culver City Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan **Free childcare will be available.**
When: Saturday, June 12th, 10am-1pm
Where: Garden Room at Veteran’s Park, 4117 Overland Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232
Whether you can or can’t make the meeting on the 12th, please take time and review the plan online. You can make comments in-person or online.
