I have off the bike (besides to school) for close to 2 months now. Before i got hurt i was riding fairly well with cub camp, root run and occasional wolfpack.. i have never been out this long since i began riding.. can any one give me some idea of what to expect next week as far as how much i am going to suck...please only if you have some experience in the issue... i can think of cute remarks myself thank you...

Best start out slow to avoid tendonitis.
Keep it to a 10% increase per week in mileage

Well it really was bad trying to ride again after I was hit by a car and in bed for a little over a month.
As said above, take it easy. For encouragement, I became a lot faster after I recovered and got back into riding a lot :D There's still Cub Camp level 1

Do a lot of riding at your own pace for a week or two; get your legs back in the swing of things. Start hitting up the faster rides in two weeks; I'll hammer you into shape if you come out to CubCamp. Then start going to Wolfpack and become a blur.
Speed through sweat and pain; kid-tested, mother-approved.
