1) download cyberduck (it's free. any other ftp program will work)

2) open it. paste link into bar that says quick connect.
ftp://u40259815-isaycrank:yousaymob@ftp.richietphoto.com/
3) file -> new folder (or apple + shift + N) name the folder after yourself.
4) double click your folder.
5) drag music to the duck on your launchbar, or into the big white part of the window. your music will upload!
6) wait for c.r.a.n.k.s.giving patiently
