I emailed the mayor for the city of glendale and suggested that the city create new bicycle lanes on major roads within the inner city. Maybe the fat asses driving within a ten mile radius will start to use a bicycles than to drive their stupid cage running cyclists off the road. Hopefully gasoline prices will continue to rise were we will see more people using bicycles for local commuting.

Glendale's got a LONG way to go.

As somebody who works there, I really hope they improve the bicycling infrastructure, but it's going to take some time and a lot of public education.

Even for car drivers, Glendale is the third most dangerous city in the country.
