Also be sure to thoroughly road-test any spare bikes you'll be letting friends use on the ride.
Crank bolts may loosen, chains may roll right off the drive train, brakes insufficiently adjusted. ,etc
Saves you from getting a case of "12'o'clock high" syndrome.
And do the rest of the ride a favor by bring a spare innertube so you don't have to use someone else's or make the whole ride wait while you patch your tire.
Well, I'm pretty sure you get the overall plot of this movie.
Apart from that, a fine representation of classic British bicycles and old fashioned, American ingenuity in the gracefulness that was the venerable, B-17 Flying Fortress.
(I always thought the B-25 Mitchell was the superior aircraft though, I mean who could go wrong with twin rudder towers?)
The B25 is a light bomber with a limited payload, but was sucessful in the Doolittle
raids on Tokyo from carriers. As far as heavy bombers go the B29 was the big dog
till the B52 showed up during the jet age.
I'm talking about it in the sense of an all-around, aircraft.
Kick-ass design, kick-ass cruising speed, and enough room to carry what you need for whatever you planned to do.
Of course when it comes to range, the 29 and the 52 were the big dogs in that case.
