While I still have the chance, I'm taking the blue line down to Long Beach tomorrow around 3:30 and going to ride around the LBC for a while for the hell of it.

Anyone down for some laps around the traffic circle????

 After my experience with the LBPD during the Sins and Sprockets ride, I don't think I'd mess with them again.

 On a Long Beach Critical Mass ride last winter, we circled the circle 3 times.
That was some of the most fun I've had on a bike.
No cops in sight, but I can vouch for their animosity toward cycists from other times.

 dude i live just down the street from traffic circle! 3:30 is a busy time though, even if I didn't have work I'd wouldn't try it at peak traffic hours. FUNNY STORY, the guy who designed the circle died in a traffic circle accident and he was in a car! now imagine a bike. BE SAFE

and yeah I already thought about that. I won't get down there until about 5...and that's definitely not the time to do it. I'm going to hit it on the way back ....I was pretty good at it when I had my truck so I think I can handle. I'd only do it if its not too busy anyway.

 I'm down to lead a ride to that area on a really, extremely, dead day!!!

What say we get all the peeps to meet up with LBC and CSULB peeps and try to pull this off with little "authority" involvement?

I say it's possible as long as no toes are stepped on.
