I used to like on 4th and Poplar in Northern Liberties years ago.

That part of town is getting nicer and nicer while north of Girard still sucks.

Be careful everyone out there.

When your riding home after a ride, PLEASE have someone with you. It's always safer riding with a friend.

 This is heartbreaking news. I am glad this dude has been caught he would have done it again. Victimizing women just doesn't come out of nowhere.

Ride with people you trust. Ride home with people you trust. If you have to ride home by yourself take different routes even if it's the long way. man or woman or make sure *trusted* people know you left .
