SOMEONE that is willing to pass on frames the don't need
and to be put to better use i might stop by tomorrow for that one atomic cycles!

i want to see if anyone has a small road frame for a female rider... i want to build my friend a bicycle to get her to go on rides.... does not need to be a road frame but id prefer a road frame.... do not have much money but I would pay for it.... id say anything under 50cm.... id say between 46-48 should work.... if anyone has this email me at nehidalgo@ymail.com

dayone - the Bikerowave has a very small woman's mixte frame (black, off-brand Japanese, needs a fork and everything else) for about $35.
That said, if you're on a budget, your best bet is to buy a complete bike on craigslist and tune it up, as a frame up build gets expensive fast, even if you're using mostly coop parts.

hmmm, i've only been to the kitchen but i would like to look at that frame... i have been looking on CL but it is hard to get a small frame sometimes, except from that SGV guy... but his bicycle seem hmmm played out or something... i want something simple for her and i do agree that building a bicycle can add up fast... i dont want to spend much because i do not know how active she will be... i know she says she wants to ride so i do not mind facilitating that and she may take off with it... but i dont want to spend a lot... i also thought that if she didnt ride it that much then id have it for my niece in a few years.... so its not a total loss for me... thanks JB for the info
