I RODE 29 MILES ON SUNDAY (LAST NIGHT ) ALL ALONE, I WISH THERE WAS JUST HANG OUT RIDES DURING THE WEEKEND.

so we all dress in our favorite CANDY bar wrappers and send ROCKET SHIP s to the moon with bikes on them while popping MUSHROOM s and THEN writing esach other's HOROSCOPE s for the next year and to make sure that it all gets recorded so that everyone not on the west coast believes the stories we write home about, we use a HEWARD PACKETT® machine and print and copy and scan and laminate and fax that shit - all the while picking disney movies with our favorite SING-A-LONG songs.. and none of that barney shit either.. i don't do purple dinosaurs!!!!!
UPDATE- scouting ride today mar vista park 730 and tomorrow mar vista park 730. we will have a final route decided by the end of thursday.
if you want to help scout, fee lfree to come, but know that you will be responsible for helping with the ride when saturday comes around.
ALSO, the will be mac and cheese (AND MAYBE BBQ)at the start point on saturday. COME HUNGRY!!!!

Dammit so many things going on this weekend!! Fn WSide to DTLA, Pier Pressure, CANDY ROCKET SHIPZ, MOM RIDAz, SUNSET JUNCTION! so many choices... but i dont want to be stranded on the westside unless someone wants to let me sleep at their house!!
UPDATE::: i just made 50 Spoke Cards (i made a bunch and it happened to be exactly 50, how awesome is that??) and all the spoke cards are hand made and they are all unique!!!! ONE OF THE SPOKE CARDS IS VERY VERY SPECIAL!!!COME TO THE RIDE AND COME EARLY TO FIND OUT WHY!!!!
That was the most well thought out ride I've been on so far. Right down to the playlist with it's digital host and multiple Brett's Mom references! The route was wonderfully atypical as well.
Games were well selected. Kicking off the ride with a pinata was a stroke of genius, giving us all a pocket-full of candy to keep our energy levels high throughout the rest of the ride.
Ending the ride with a visit to the home of a wounded rida was a nice touch and shows what the westside cyclomunity is all about.
I missed it, but it seems like the consensus is that the route was great... Shiznit, you should post a gmap; always nice to take a look at successful routes.
