These people need a GOOD tazzing! Even some of the audience could use some "questioning". All except the lady with camera at 3:45. Ma'am if reading this, we have a position in the department for you. Feel free to get in touch with me at OfficerFriendly@www.JoinLAPD.com That goes for anyone else that thinks they got the chops to join our department.
Sounds like something that would occur if one were to grab the Tasmanian Devil and throw it into the bathroom while some unfortunate putz is dropping a deuce.
Yes I carry my department issued and loved Kimber Custom II .45 Semiautomatic Pistol. Fortunately I've only had to fire it at bad guys. But you never know, there could come a day. ;-)
As far as tazzing, I've only had to use it three times so far. It's kinda cool to have this new tool in a way. But it also means more things can go wrong, for the officer of course.
Oh and on the word "tazzing", I get ribbed about the spelling of the verb. Seems like no one can agree on how we should be spelling it. Is it tazzing, tazing, tasing, tasering? Should it even be tasering if the gun isn't a Taser brand? I guess the Kleenex argument wins for that one, but it still comes up.
Any ways I have enough trouble worrying about how to get online and do the email thing to worry about a stupid verb that everyone knows what you are saying.
With a blatant obvious name like "Officer Friendly" and also his online mannerisms and speech that just seems to easily matched with that of a stereo typical LE officer just seems to suspicious to me.
Sounds as if someone is trying do some research of his own accord towards the Authorities or something. Or just being stupid.
Kimber Custom II is used by LAPD SWAT, but not the general police force. More rural PDs might issue a 1911 as dep standard, but not really in CA. In CA, it's more likely to be a Beretta 92fs, Glock 22 or 17 (and others), Sig P226, S&W 4006TSW (and others), HK USP .40, etc.
What?! You mean that "Officer Friendly" is just impersonating an officer?
Come to think of it... I bet that the "PRESIDENT OBAMA" user is not really Barack Obama.

Yea one of our officers has one of these as his backup. It's a P226 Blackwater with a 20 round clip. It's pretty nice. The .45 is SWAT issued. I wrangled my way and twisted a few arms to have it officially. Sounds like you know your weapons? You're not in LE are you?
