 someone from jay leno called the shop last week wanting to rent some flashy road bike for a skit they were doing for his new show. we were gonna give them a jamis tt bike, but it wasnt "roadie" enough, or whatever. they wanted the toreiil hanging on the wall, so they took it. they were supposed to drop it off back at the shop at 3:30, but its 5 now, and they havent shown up...

we asked him what the skit was all about and when it was going to air, and they guy didnt know. he was a stagehand or something. the skit involves some woman being given some 2x4s and some elmers glue and someone saying "go build a bike" and then she shows up with the torelli. is that your guyses secret?
