i am looking for a pair of brown wheels for my bicycle... i have a 10 speed and would like them used or new but not to expensive... i am on a budget.... if you know anyone or anywhere i can go that would help... thanks...

It depends on what size you are looking for.

Velocity makes brown deep v's in 700c. You didn't state your budget so they may or may not be out of your price range.

hmmmm, yeah i am looking for a road bike.... my budget.... hmmm, i guess around 300-400 maybe. where would i find the velocity wheels? do you know? i checked online but i could not find a store.

Not sure if this link will show up, but look up Brown Weinmann Deep V Wheelset. They are the DP18. Very similar to Velocity, but cheaper. Posted pick. Not the best pic though.

Where do you live? Most bike shops can sell you pre-made Velocity wheels laced to formula hubs for around $300. They come in a variety of colors and can be available in a couple of days since the vendor that sells these wheels is local. I am assuming you are looking for a fixed/single speed wheelset.

If you are looking for a geared set, try Orange 20. They have several Velocity hoops available, in all colors, and should be able to build you a wheel.

Sorry, I just read you are looking for a 10 speed wheel. You might have to get them built, I do not know of many premade wheels that are any color or black or silver.

If your in the Silverlake area, you might want to try Tony Z.. He works at Budget Bikes but he might still build wheels on the side. He built one of my wheelsets and it still is true after 3 years of abuse.

There might be a wheel building class at the Bicycle Kitchen on June 20. Check it out, still another option.
