 I think is more a case of a stupid driver than a case of drug abuse. Media just putting in any detail they can to make it more dramatic. Anyone I know who does "pot" tends to be a lot more mellow and drive slower. The guy in this article was obviously speeding in order to kill 8 people.

Yep, so I found out more on the news of this event. Apparently the driver has lost his license 7 months before this massacre for careless driving. So this dude didn't even have a license at the time of his stupidity.
