how many hit and runs have there been?
with the exception of candicanes hit and run, all the other accidents was a hit and run?
how many of you have been involved in hit and runs?
after ur hit and run, could there have been anyway to get the driver to stop? or at least get info?

i think with bicycle hit and runs
drivers stop to see if you get up, and then take off.
thats what happened.
if you're dead, thats vehicular manslaughter on top of a felony hit and run, you're going to be locked up for a while.
and with the felony hit and run, you're automatically at fault.
as soon as my driver saw me get up, she booked it after pulling over for like a second.

well you have an option there, but if the offender chooses to flee, you're kinda double fucked.
people might help you up, some might attempt to chase for you, but it'll take people a while to figure out what just happened.
if you can lay on the floor and read the license plate, thats probably your best bet. and even HOPE they run.
then you don't have to press criminal charges, but you can definitely use it as leverage in civil court and win some money i'm guessing.

the more i think about it, this shit is fucking pissing me off.
fucking hit and runs and people in general just driving like fuck heads.
im at a point where if i can catch up to idiots, it wont take much for me to throw my elbow into their windows.
im a pretty calm person but fucking shit man, this is so messed up.
and as far as that lady in the audi honking at you.
you should have fucking kicked her hood in.
fuck that.

EVERY FUCKING ACCIDENT IVE HEARD ABOUT IN THE LAST 3 YEARS WERE HIT AND RUNS.
i always thought hit and runs were rare.

I was the victim of a hit n' run two weeks ago in Beverly Hills. Some fuckerin a brand new Lexus hit me, didn't knock me over, and took off. the happen all the time.

we had a hit and run a couple years ago on wolfpack. we were riding in the right lane going down los feliz and a car from the middle lane tried to cut through a gap in the group at the last minute and cut into a rider who flipped over the hood from the passenger side and skidded across the pavement nasty. we were going high speed and tried to chase the fucker down riverside but there was no traffic and we didnt have a chance. he ran a light and turned on to the freeway going to wrong way quickly turning around and taking off down riverside towards dtla. silver sedan type car. piece of shit I would love to shoot out the guy's knee caps. The rider was taken away by ambulance.
