You may want to include a note on the checkout page that browsers' script blockers need to be disabled or else the hand-off from ibikeshirts to paypal will not work properly.
It took me a minute to figure it out and if I could imagine that there will be those that cannot figure it out and will decide to give up on the transaction.

Tivu, 666 is keeping records on all the Medallions sold. It's a public document online he will send you the link. If you think that the Valley Bikery is mis-using the funds you should be talking to them direct not to people who purchased them from the website though you are welcome to talk to them as well... I'm just saying, you might not know all the facts.
FYI I believe so far 8 medallions have been sold online. The Bikery portion of those funds will make it back to 666 as a cash payment (or check) in a month or so (if I pay him via paypal there is a fee and if I dont get to see him often it's not worth the special trip for every single medallion sold.
From what I understand the original investors are getting their money back as was worked out originally. These medallions to my knowledge are not big sellers or at least aren't being publicized well. That's another issue to take up with 666.
I know you insinuated that the Bikery is miss managing their portion of the funds, and that would be a bummer if true, but still that's something you should take up with Bikery people first. You could do it on here, or offline, your choice, but lets keep our heads in the meantime. I would suggest to go to the source first and find out what's up. You may just be misinterpreting something or there is bad communication going on....

Let's just keep it all honest. There have been no new tools at the Bikery besides one lockring remover/chainwhip for months. Chain breakers keep breaking or disappearing. Volunteers been trying to milk the same little bottle of tri-flow for just as long. Supply requests never acknowledged and stuff's just running out. Not even volunteer sign-in or patron info sheets printed for the same duration. Shop rags never get washed nor has there been a budget to do so. Inconsistent hours which MANY people can attest to, and lots more things that just make me sad to see happening, drama or not. Valley better step it up or it's absolutely my responsibility to continue spouting the unpleasant truths.
The machine will not, does not, and has not run itself. Volunteers need to be appreciated with at the very least, the basic necessities to serve the local community.

Tivu it sounds like you have a do-ocracy on your hands. If people aren't stepping up to make things happen, then you might have to step in and take a leadership roll. Tivu,
In addition to contacting 666 directly you could also choose to communicate directly with bikery volunteers. Instead of complaining on the forums you should take it up with people who could actually change things. Plus, as you know there are a lot more issues, especially communication issues, that need to be addressed with you other than that...

Before we discuss maturity, lets discuss things like slander and high school style politics. Using baseless and blind speculation as leverage over a person who acts and serves from the heart is no activity of mature persons, especially leaders as I once regarded all of you as.
Ive said it once and i'll say it as many times as it takes for you all to learn:
Who would lead must follow truth.
or else youre destined to build one house of cards after another after another.
Until further notice, though it pains my heart deeply, I personally denounce my previous endorsement of the Valley Bikery. For whatever its worth.
Heres your chance, now that people are watching, just step it up.

I've visited the bikery numerous times, was there at their opening day, bought a number of parts and all-but rebuilt three different bikes for racing, touring and general commuting and have always found their operation to be smaller in size, but first rate in terms of service, commitment and transparency. They do have enough tri-flow or other varieties of chain lube.
Funds mismanagement? The founders keep logs of everything bought and sold as any good kitchen does. I've known most each bread-and-butter voluteer personally for over a year and can attest to upright characters, even if, as any kitchen, there are always operational difficulties.
When the biggest stain (legitimate or falsified) a kitchen has are broken chain breakers (those do fail in newer hands), dirty rags (which are expendable), low on tr-flow or vague, unverified rhetorical mismanagement of funds accusations on a social message board, the first three of four are operations-as-usual in kitchens and the last is probable MR drama or communication breakdown.
As a founding member/person in a leadership capacity in both student clubs, USAC startup clubs and the like here's a note on working with organizations....
With any organization before someone can step up or act, they have to 1) communicate intents and get consensus prior to acting in order to build a positive reputation with others. 2) Over time you have to earn confidence of the people who are, in some sense, 'in charge' or 'have a lot of existing collective support' prior to taking action. 3) If the organization's confidence in you is already strained or broken, an individual must humble themselves before others in the organization and reaffirm their commitment to the shared values--hopefully making the case that they can continue to work together.
Generally: Without humility or the confidence of others a person acting is just seen as some guy being a jerk and will likely be asked to leave and organization.
Unrelated:
+1 to Valley Bicycles as a stand-up shop that has always stepped up when I've been in mechanical distress or had an issue too great for most to handle.
