whats up guys saw a bunch roll by my pad i want to join hit me up let me know where to meet up im good mondays and tuesdays im in the 818 im a newbie i usually ride about 20 miles a day

dont forget to look to the right of the screen ... then google map the meet spot ... then set your alarm clock

Don't forget SFVCM on the first Tuesday of the month and the Pedal Punx(CruzWithUs-lite) on the last Saturday of the month.
Then there's always the option of climbing over Cahuenga Pass to get some Westside action, or that bikepath, or the Redline to get some Eastside lovin' .

monday night rehab is a pretty easy ride, we dont ride far, usually 7-8 mi to stop, chill out and then back.

all of these rides are good go to rehab on monday if u live on the east side or t.n.s on tuesday if u live on the west or TORE sunday if u can
