There is a kid that lives in my apartment complex stealing wheels around hollywood/western area. i know this because for the past couple of weeks, him and his cronies have been spotted rolling around with numerous wheel sets hanging from their back pack. not only that, my room mate was doing laundry accross from the home depot on sunset and i rolled up to the laundry mat while this kid was attempting to take my room mates back wheel. i'm in the process of getting this kids name, and will report it to the authorities as soon as my land lord returns my call. just be on the look out and make sure to lock up both wheels. and if you spot a black kid on a schwin road bike (lower end/some what modern), always wearing khaki pants, braces, around sunset and western that doesn't look like he should be on that bike, thats the kid. hes usually with a few of his friends all on what seem to be on stolen bikes.
