Just a bunch of young punx that happen to be the kids of gang-bangers kicked out of the Basin.
They claim everything East of the 15 freeway as their turf, but are usually too scared to venture out of Old Town Victorville!!

I say I utilize a way to get everyone from all sides to MOB that dumpy district of this small-ass, city!!!

 Nah, just a closed AFB with a bunch of ex and current military personnel with no where else to go.

I'd rather have them though than all the useless suburbanites trying to destroy rural living in the name of cheap housing!!
