Zoot Suit Ride n' Riot

Just throwing this idea out there because it's a key part of LA area history and I don't recall any rides covering this or many other interesting events from the touchy periods of the 1930s-1940s.
For starters, different begin-points for both the Zoot Suiters and the WW2-era servicemen they often clashed with.

There was this truckstop in Nephi, Utah playing some 1940s music over their PA system that got me to thinking about this. I also started listening to this 40s channel on the Sirius radio. My stepdad brought me up on big band sounds as well, so this could be a step in a whole different direction.
