My cousin just called me said she hit someone on a bike today at Crenshaw blvd between Washington and Venice blvd.The person she hit had just stolen a bike and was fleeing the scene,riding wreck less in the middle lane because the victim was chasing him,the thief then flew off the bike landed and broke his leg.THe victim got to the scene got his bike and rode off.The thief of to the hospital via paramedics,my cousin said he broke it pretty bad.The cops told my cousin they need to go and get the thief story to verify it.They told her if the victim would've stayed it would have helped her.I know its a small chance but I need help finding the victim for my cousin,so if you know anyone.
