Burbank Bike Stolen

My bike was stolen, I'm pretty sure in the last 24-72 hours, maybe this morning.
It was stolen from a locked bicycle cage in an apartment building in Burbank near Hollywood Way and 134 Fwy.
It's a 1997 blue Scott mountain bike with yellow lettering and street slicks on it.
It's a got a straight handlebar, the wheels are Mavic Crosslinks.
The seat is yellow with barbed wire stitching and a 'heartbreaker' heart emblem sewn on one side. The front and rear deraileurs are Shimano XT.
I'll take it back no questions asked, someone local is clearly involved.
If any of you know the cycle kids that hang around southwest Burbank please ask around.
The bike has HUGE sentimental value, its worth a couple hundred bucks if that its components are all worn out except the trigger shifters up top.
Its a very distinctive looking bike if you see any MTB with a yellow seat around Burbank/NOHO.
