405 closure

I have been Googling the 405 closure by the Getty that is comming up and surprisingly no chatter about a bike ride. It seems strange that nobody, especially here, hasnt mentioned anything about riding your bike on a 10 mile stretch of the friggin 405 freeway!!! Am I missing something? I know its called a "closure" for a reason, but I doubt that a minor technicality like that would prevent a group of determined riders to have a once in a lifetime ride.

 It was closed overnight on the 6th at 10pm for prep for the job, maybe there's more pre-work coming prior to the demo.
