most of you folks have probably gotten bugged by me about this somehow already, but i need a roommate in my place and this is the last chance before it goes to some perv on craigslist...

2nd story, sorta Spanish apartment built in the 20s-30s near Olympic and Crenshaw. 2 bed/1 bath, hardwood, high ceilings, ceiling fans, patio thing, etc.

$600 /mo including utilities/innernets and a spot to park in the dirt out back if you claim it fast enough.
